Children’s Therapeutic Support and Services (CTSS)

CTSS is a rehabilitative service that is community based and driven by the needs of the child and their family to address conditions of emotional disturbance that harm and get in the way with a child’s ability to function. CTSS may be provide in the home, school, or community. Components of CTSS include psychotherapy, skills training, and crisis assistance.

Skills Training is provided by Mental Health Practitioners to help the child in developing skills in areas such as anger, aggression, social problems, anxiety, depression, following directions, and many more.
